Adidas became the creator of the kit from 1985 to 1995, responsible for some of the most iconic and beloved t-shirts of the late eighties. At that time, Liverpool's equipment was manufactured by Umbro, the English sports brand, and this partnership with Umbro continued until 1985, when Adidas supplied Liverpool's kits.
